Two disciplines.
One considered approach.
The detail matters. From the first interaction to the final handover.
Beautiful on the surface.
Capable underneath.
Websites, ecommerce and custom integrations that make doing business feel effortless.
We don't work from a playbook. ClutchCloth is our own brand, selling live on Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy, and everything we build for clients comes from what we've learned running it ourselves. That's why our storefronts are custom-coded instead of templated, why performance gets tuned from day one instead of bolted on later, and why our ad campaigns are built by people who've actually watched the sales come in.
Explore web design ↗02 / PROJECT DELIVERYComplex projects.
A clear way forward.
Hands-on coordination for infrastructure and capital-project scopes, from early planning to turnover.
We're PMP-trained, working in industries where a budget overrun isn't just expensive, it's unacceptable. We've managed ICU builds inside Alberta health facilities, rolled out IT across more than 50 retail locations at once, and coordinated field operations during energy sector turnarounds. That same discipline shows up whether the deadline is a hospital wing or a product launch.

Great work starts
with a little
back-and-forth.
A sketch. A good question. A detail worth revisiting. We make space for the thinking that makes the finished work feel simple.
Our approach

A calm process.
Forward momentum.
Find the real problem.
A focused conversation about the goal, the constraints and what success looks like.
Give it a clear shape.
A written scope, defined responsibilities, an agreed price and a practical delivery plan.
Build with visibility.
Regular reviews, working progress and decisions made while there is still time to act.
Hand over with confidence.
Testing, documentation and a clear transition so you can own what comes next.
Useful ideas.
From inside the work.

Explore →Four things you keep,
whatever happens next.
You own all of it
The domain, the hosting account and the files are in your name from the start. No platform fee, no licence, nothing that keeps you paying us to keep your own website.
A number before we start
A fixed scope and a fixed price, in writing, before a line is written: $1,500, $2,400 or $3,900 depending on the size of it. Not a starting-from figure that grows once you have committed.
The person who quoted you
is the person who writes the code. No outsourcing, no page builders, no white-label agency behind the curtain, and no handover to someone junior once the invoice clears.
Words you can change yourself
Sign in and every page carries an edit bar. Headlines and copy are yours to change without emailing anybody or waiting on a quote for a typo.
Four steps, and you can
stop after the first.
A conversation
Free, and genuinely without obligation. You describe the problem, we tell you what it would actually take and whether we are the right people for it.
A real number
A fixed scope and a fixed price, in writing, before anything starts. Not a starting-from figure that grows once you have committed.
The build
Written and coded by the same people you spoke to. You see it as it goes up, not in one reveal at the end when changes are expensive.
It is yours
Domain, hosting and files in your name, and an edit bar on every page so the words stay yours to change. No licence, no lock-in.
The questions we get
before anyone signs anything.
Straight answers, including the ones about money. If something here decides it for you either way, that is the point.
What does a website actually cost?
Three fixed brackets, published rather than hidden behind a form: $1,500 to tune up a site you already have, $2,400 for a straightforward build, and $3,900 for the multi-page version most trades and clinics need. Anything with stock and payments behind it gets scoped and quoted before a line is written.
Do you work outside Calgary?
All of Alberta, remotely. We are in Calgary and will meet in person around the city, but the build runs the same wherever you are, which is why a business in Airdrie or Okotoks pays what one downtown pays.
Who actually does the work?
We do. No outsourcing, no page builders, no white-label agency behind the curtain. The person who scopes your project is the person who writes the code.
What if we are not the right fit?
We will say so on the first call and point you at someone who suits you better. That is the whole reason the consultation is free and there is nothing to sign.
How long does it take?
More depends on you than on us. Most projects that run long are waiting on photographs, service descriptions and pricing, so we tell you exactly what we need at the start and the timeline stays yours to control.
Do we own it afterwards?
The domain, the hosting account and the files are all in your name. No platform fee, and no licence that keeps you paying us to keep your own site.
Can we edit it ourselves?
Yes. Sign in and every page shows an edit bar, so headlines and copy are yours to change without emailing anybody. If you would rather we handled changes, that is an arrangement, not an obligation.
How do we start?
Email us and you will have an answer within one business day. There is no phone tree and no sales sequence. Intake runs by email on purpose, so what you send reaches the person doing the work.

Roughly half of searches now get an AI answer, but only about seven percent of local ones. The honest numbers.

Two and a half years of our own Shopify data, split into a paid era and an organic one. The lesson was not what we expected.

Honest brackets, what pushes a quote up, and the ongoing fees most proposals leave out.
