What you can do with this site, what the free material is and is not, and the limits on what we promise. Short, and in plain words.
This site is operated by NCGI (Nagi Consulting Group Inc.), trading as Nagi Solutions, from Calgary, Alberta. By using it you accept the terms below. If you do not, please do not use it.
What this site is
It is a description of what we do, plus material we publish for free because it is useful. It is information, not professional advice. Nothing here creates a client relationship, and nothing here should be relied on as legal, financial, engineering or project-management advice for your particular situation. For that, hire someone, us or anybody else, and get it in writing.
Atlas, the AI assistant
Atlas is an AI. It is useful and it is confidently wrong sometimes. Treat what it says as a starting point, check anything that matters, and do not make a decision on its word alone.
- Do not put confidential or personal information into it. What you type is sent to a third-party model provider to generate the reply. See the privacy policy.
- Anything Atlas says about scope, timelines or price is an illustration, not a quote. A quote comes from a person, in writing.
- It is offered as-is and may be changed, limited or switched off at any time.
The PMP study material
The study guide, exam reference and artifact register are independent, unofficial study aids, written by us as original material for personal exam preparation.
- They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or produced by the Project Management Institute, and they reproduce no PMI-published text.
- PMI, PMP, PMBOK and CAPM are registered marks of Project Management Institute, Inc. They are used here only to describe what the material prepares you for.
- Using them is no guarantee of passing anything. The exam changes; official sources at pmi.org are the authority, not us.
- They are free to read and to use for your own study. Do not republish them, sell them, or pass them off as your own or as official material.
Numbers we publish
Figures in the Field Notes come from our own businesses, over the periods stated, and are labelled as such. They are what happened to us. They are not a forecast and not a promise of what will happen to you. Different market, different product, different result.
Prices and quotes
Prices shown on /websites are real and fixed-scope for the scope described there. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately. A quote is valid for 30 days, and work begins only once it is accepted in writing. Where we sign a separate agreement with you, that agreement governs the work and these terms fall away for it.
Ownership
The text, design, code and images on this site belong to NCGI Nagi Consulting Group Inc., except where they belong to someone else. You may read it, print it, quote it with attribution, and link to it freely. You may not copy the site, resell the material, or use it to train a commercial model without asking.
Work we build for a client is dealt with in that client's agreement, not here. Ownership of delivered work transfers as that agreement says.
Links to other places
We link out to other sites, and we run our own products at clutchcloth.com and forgedcrew.com. What happens on someone else's site is governed by their terms, not ours.
What we do not promise
We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is error-free, current, or up at any given moment. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the free material on it: lost profit, lost data, a decision that did not work out.
None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and none of it applies to paid work, which is governed by the agreement covering that work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada that apply in it. Disputes go to the courts of Alberta.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that is acceptance of the new version.
