Nagi Solutions is a Calgary-based consulting division of NCGI Nagi Consulting Group Inc. We help Alberta businesses grow their ecommerce presence, build better digital products, and deliver projects that actually close, on scope, on time, and on budget.
We bring hands-on technical depth, capital project delivery discipline, and real ecommerce operating experience to every engagement. We've built stores, shipped products, managed portfolios, and coordinated multi-site infrastructure rollouts ourselves. That's what makes our advice grounded: it comes from having done the work with real money and real deadlines on the line, not from having studied it in a course.
People sometimes ask how one firm covers both hospital construction projects and Shopify storefronts, and the honest answer is that it's the same discipline at different scales. Scoping the work, sequencing it, managing the risks, and closing it out is what makes an ICU build land on schedule, and it's exactly what makes an ecommerce launch land too. The industries change. Building inside a live hospital
ICU builds, surgical suite expansions, and facility relocations inside operating Alberta health facilities. Every trade, every shutdown, and every handover had to be sequenced around active patient care, with regulatory compliance treated as a hard constraint rather than a checkbox. Nothing about that environment forgives a loose plan.
Fifty-plus stores, none of them closed
Full-cycle IT deployment across more than 50 retail locations running at the same time: POS systems, structured cabling, network infrastructure, and the integrations tying it together. The stores stayed open through all of it, which meant coordinating installers, vendors, and store managers site by site without disrupting a single day of trading.
Turnarounds, standing on the site
On-site coordination during energy sector turnarounds, holding the field certifications the site actually requires: LOTO, permit-to-work, H2S, and ground disturbance. We managed the work from inside the fence, not from a downtown office, because understanding what the crews are dealing with is half of keeping a turnaround on schedule.
